With fingers crossed for the return of the summer there is plenty to do next week in North Norfolk. As well as the Wells Carnival the Norfolk wildlife trust are celebrating National Marine Week with a whole load of fishy, salty water events. On Monday the 3rd at West Runton there Rocks and Relics a chance to find out about the creatures that used to call Norfolk home. There is even the chance to make a shark’s tooth necklace (nice!)
On Sunday 9th August at Cley beach the Norfolk Wildlife trust are running there is a Coastal Creations event. Its your chance to scavenge the shoreline to find natural materials to decorate your own shingle sculptures. For more information see Coastal Creations.
On Sunday 2nd there is a smallholders show at Sheringham Park. It sounds like a great opportunity to experience a whole load of “good life” exhibitions and demonstrations including sheep shearing, a dog show, a chance to feed the animals and try out Norfolk goods and produce.
It will be hot hot hot at Felbrigg Hall on Wednesday 6th of August as they host the Chilli Fiesta. There will be stalls selling everything chilli related including chilli chocolate and beer! Don’t forget to check out our Chilli Farm neighbours Norfolk Chilli Farm
