Whilst most legal restrictions have been lifted we all still need to act carefully and cautiously. We want to ensure your Fakenham Fairways holiday is a safe one and are committed to taking a responsible approach to the easing of restrictions. We know many of you well and strongly believe that together we can keep each other safe.
Please do read about the changes and if you would still like to book you can contact us via email or give us a call.
So here is what we are doing and what we are asking from you.
Reducing number of campers
To help everyone with social distancing and to reduce the numbers of people using the facilities we will reduce the number of people staying with us. To assist with this unfortunately there can be no day visitors this year.
We are implementing responsible social distancing and asking you to do the same. There is plenty of space outside so we will be sticking to 2m wherever possible and would ask everyone to do the same.
Toilets and showers
Our toilets and showers will be open but we will continue to operate our successful “toilet pass” system to prevent congestion so please be prepared for a little queuing.
Yes you will be seeing us in our marigolds even more! Our cleaning and sanitising products have been proven to kill Covid-19. There are sanitisers in key areas which we encourage you to use.
We will encourage everyone to wear a mask when visiting the toilets and washing up area.
Contactless Check in
We are asking everyone to settle up before arrival. Our preference is by bank transfer but if that is not possible for you then please give us a call and you can pay over the phone by card.
When you arrive we ask you to give us a call and one of us will come and see you and show you to your pitch. Whilst most of our pitches are definitely big enough to allow social distancing to keep everyone safe we will be very specific about how you pitch. Please do follow our instructions would hate to have to ask you to move!
What if I’m unwell?
If you have any symptoms before travelling here we ask that you follow government advice and get tested. Please don’t travel if you are unwell.
For the time being the coffee stop will remain closed.
